DELIVERY SERVICE TO UK POSTCODES ONLY
We use Royal Mail standard delivery on all orders. Standard delivery is approximately 2-3 working days. However this is not guaranteed and can take far longer due to COVID and Strike delays within Royal Mail and Courier Networks. We offer free delivery on all order over 40. Standard delivery is usually within 1-3 working days within England, Wales, or Scotland from the date of dispatch. This is not guaranteed and around busier periods such as Christmas, delays are expected. We aim to ship your order within 1-5 working days, please allow at least 3 working days for delivery from despatch. We will endeavour to ensure these times are met, we will not be held accountable for despatched parcels being delayed by third party couriers, for example due to strikes.
LOST ORDERS
Here at Waves To Wax, we understand sometimes parcels can go missing, below is what to do if this
happens. Firstly, you must check with all of your neighbours to see whether they have your parcel. In an instance where this is not the case, please contact your bank as soon as possible. Waves To Wax is not able to offer a refund on the basis of claims of lost orders. This is to protect us against fraud cases and ensure the bank reaches a qualified conclusion and their decision is final. Whilst you are in contact with your bank, we will launch a full investigation with Royal Mail. Royal Mail will be able to contact the driver of the parcel and will liaise with your bank to establish whether you are eligible for a refund, again their decision is final. Please be aware this process is likely to take a few weeks. We follow this method to protect us from frequent fraud cases, which is
pivotal with us being a small business as this can cause damage. If an order has been marked as delivered to your address by a reputable delivery company, we are not to know whether you claim is genuine or not.
WRONG POSTAGE ADDRESS
Here at Waves To Wax we understand mistakes happen. Whilst it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details, please let us know as soon as possible that there is an error. In the case that the order has been shipped before you notice this error, there is nothing we can do.
RETURNS
Thank you for shopping at Waves To Wax. Everything we make is entirely handmade therefore there may be minor variations between batches and individual items. At Waves To Wax, we are more than happy to accept returns from our customers when purchased through our website. For a refund on your return please do the following Email us within 30 days of delivery at wavestowax@gmail.com with your name, order number and reason for your return. Only return an unused product to us and in the exact condition that you received it in. However please note we are not responsible for offering a refund on items which are damaged in transit. If you are returning an item as we made a mistake and posted you an item which was not on your order please email us at wavestowax@gmail.com and we will make sure this is amended as soon as possible. If you are returning a product to us for a reason that is not our fault, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We do not provide any form of shipping label. We would suggest you post the item back to us via Royal Mail Tracked so you are supplied with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit on its way to us. When we have received the item you have returned to us and confirm the product which is sent to us meets the above criteria, we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping). Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to reach you account once we confirm the refund has been processed. If the product has been damaged in any way or you have returned the item after 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
